How new is your equipment?

All of our equipment is purchased new. Because your child’s safety is our top concern, we only purchase equipment that meets federal safety standards and has the highest safety ratings and reviews. Our equipment is checked frequently for recalls and we check for defects in between each rental period.

 

Are your products cleaned before I receive them?

All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized per WA State Department of Health regulations. We only use non-toxic cleaning products on our equipment and use fragrance free baby detergent when washing linens. All of our products are cleaned after each use. We ask that you return equipment in the same clean condition you received it in to avoid a $25.00 cleaning charge.

 

Do you have an order minimum?

No! We do not charge a minimum amount per order and we do not require a 3 day rental like some companies do. We realize quick trips are sometimes necessary and our goal is to accommodate you no matter the length of your trip!

 

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery charges start at $40, which includes delivery, set up and pick up. Our goal is to make traveling easier for you and we are happy to work with you on the delivery and pick up times.

*We may charge an additional fee for deliveries during high traffic times.

 

do you deliver to the airport?

Yes! We are happy to meet you at the SeaTac Airport Rental Car Facility or the cell phone waiting lot. Airport delivery is available between the hours of 9am-5pm. For delivery outside of these hours please contact us. Additional fees may apply.

 

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE RENTAL PERIOD?

The rental period is calculated beginning with the date of delivery and ending with the date of pick up. The delivery day and pick up day are included when calculating the length of rental. For example, items rented from January 1st-7th would be considered a 7 day rental. 

 

Can I rent equipment longer than 14 days?

Yes! Please contact us to arrange rentals beyond 14 days.

 

What if I am late returning the equipment or need to keep it longer?

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you call us if you are unable to return the equipment at the agreed upon time or if you need to extend your rentals. Items returned late are subject to additional per day rental fees.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We realize travel plans can change last minute. Please notify us as soon as possible to cancel your reservation. Reservations canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $10 processing fee, however we are happy to refund the remaining balance.

 

Where can I have equipment delivered?

We can deliver your equipment to private residences, hotels, rental properties, camp sites and can even arrange airport delivery. Airport delivery can be arranged between the hours of 9am-5pm. Equipment will be delivered to you at the rental car facility or cell phone waiting lot. We cannot install car seats.

 

why not just rent a crib from my hotel?

Some hotels do offer crib rentals, however they normally do not offer full size cribs. They will most likely rent you a Pack N Play or similar size compact crib. Comfort Baby Rentals will provide you with a full size crib, a comfortable mattress and it is possible to have it set up in your room before you arrive!

 

will i receive the exact item pictured?

We promise to provide you with top quality equipment from highly respected manufacturers, however you may not receive the exact item shown in the picture. If you have a specific brand request or have questions regarding brands that we carry, please feel free to contact us!

 

do you install car seats?

Unfortunately we cannot install car seats. Installation instructions are printed on each car seat for your convenience.
