Delivery Policy

Full size cribs must be set up and taken down by delivery person only. Full size cribs cannot be transported in your vehicle if you decide to change locations. You must contact Comfort Baby Rentals to arrange a transfer. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery and pick up times may be given a 2-3 hour window depending on location and other factors like traffic. We do our best to arrive at the time requested. For full size crib delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure someone is available at location. If no one is unavailable for setup we will need to reschedule and will charge an additional fee for this. For delivery to rental properties, customer must notify property manager that Comfort Baby Rentals will be delivering and picking up equipment. If management is unaware and we have to reschedule, additional delivery fees will apply. If property is gated and we do not have gate code, we may need to reschedule and will charge additional delivery fees. 

If you request a porch delivery and pick up, keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any items lost or stolen from porch. Please make sure items are left in a safe, hidden area (inside a gate or back yard is fine too).

For hotel delivery, customer must check with hotel on where equipment should be delivered and left for pick up. Please label all equipment before leaving it with the hotel after your stay to avoid being responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave the equipment in your room when you check out.



There is a $45 minimum order on all orders (excluding the delivery fee). Credit card will be verified upon checkout submission and charged at time of reservation.


Damaged/ Lost or Stolen Products

We have a strict no food or drink policy (water is ok) for all of our equipment, with the only exception being high chairs. Strollers are not to be driven through sand and items with sand on/in them should not be placed in/on stroller at any time. Customer agrees that all items must be returned in the condition received to avoid cleaning fees. Any cleaning fees assessed by us will apply to the credit card on file. 

Customer is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Items must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair or replacement will apply to the credit card on file. In the event of a lost item at a hotel, car rental agency, rental property or any other type of delivery and pick up destination we will give the customer 72 hours to work with their visited location in order to try and retrieve the lost product. It is not the responsibility of Comfort Baby Rentals to try and retrieve lost equipment from the renters destination. After the 72 hour time period if the product is not retrieved the card on file will be charged for the cost of the item. Any extra trips to retrieve equipment again may result in an additional delivery fee.


Schedule Changes

Any requests to change delivery or pick up times within a 24 hour period are subject to scheduling availability and may result in a schedule change fee. 


Cancellations & Early Termination

We understand that plans can sometimes change. There is a $10 processing charge on all orders canceled prior to 48 hours of the delivery date. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date will be charged the minimum rental amount of $45. Refunds on early returns may be possible if arranged with us. There are no refunds on early returns during holiday periods (Nov 25 - Jan 3) or summer months (June 1 - Sept 1).



Safety is our primary concern when renting baby equipment. All of our products are up-to-date and meet current federal safety standards. We check and replace our products as needed. Car Seat Installation

Sorry, we cannot install car seats for you. Information on installing car seats are generally posted on the car seats themselves. You can also contact a local fire station for help installing car seats.
